I thoroughly enjoyed the information that was shared in this blog.

Thank you in advance for your response,

<description>Very true! In our sports programs we use the acronym T.E.A.M. for Teach, Enforce, Advocate and Model. Like business leaders, coaches have so much influence in shaping the character of those they oversee.

<description>Work-place bullying - bullying is an umbrella term for any relationship that revolves around an imbalance of power and control, whether it happens at school, at home (child abuse, domestic violence)or the work place, it is an ethical dilemma revolving around the basic principals of what is good or bad.

Children who bully and are never taught the guiding principals of moral behavior grow-up to be workplace bullies. Currently, we are raising children who are plugged into the internet, social networking, and texting, none of which involve face to face interactions. They fail to learn social cues and how to problem solve and then suffer in their interpersonal relationships. This affects their role as future business leaders.
