​The first Alliance Trustee chairs were Bob Bates (2008-2011), former President of Benefit Partners, the Group Insurance Division of Lincoln Financial Group, and Mike McCarthy (2012-2013), Founder and Chair of McCarthy Capital.
HOW ARE TRUSTEES SELECTED
The Board of Trustees are nominated and chosen by the BEA Governing Board to serve three-year terms, which are renewable.
