Workshops

Alliance workshops provide your organization preemptive, positive, and practical ethics education. Delivered by our energetic education team, your team is sure to have fun while they learn. Each workshop is built with your organization’s core values and industry in mind. 

Workshops are 90 minutes each and can be delivered in person or over web-conferencing. Some workshops are eligible for continuing education credit.

  • Business Ethics Fundamentals:
    • Ethical Leadership Introduction
      This workshop outlines what it means to embrace and promote ethics in your everyday life. Learn to live your ethical beliefs and influence others to be ethical.
    • Ethical Lens Inventory
      Not everyone sees ethical situations in the same way. Learn to identify your lens, how to identify the lens of someone else, and how best to influence your peers and managers.
    • Ethical Decision-Making
      This workshop provides a framework for tackling business decisions through an ethical lens. Practice applying that framework to real-world ethical situations.
    • Ethical Blindspots
      Blindspots are psychological tendencies that can get in the way of our commitment to do the right thing. This session looks to identify blindspots and practice overcoming them.                                                         
  • Ethical Leadership
    • Ethics 101
      This workshop outlines the role of business ethics in organizations and presents the foundation for business ethics.

    • Aligning to Organization
      Participants align their own individual values to that of their organizations going a step further to examine how their values will look in action in the form of behaviors.

    • Ethically Influencing
      To create a strong ethical organization you have to go beyond being an ethical person to be a person that influences others to be ethical. 

    • Mustering Moral Courage
      Having consistent ethical behavior even when it is difficult, unpopular or comes at a cost is vital for an organization to thrive. Doing the right thing is not always easy.
