A New Jersey native, Michael joined the Business Ethics Alliance in November of 2020 with a unique background and over 18 years of experience in non-profits, philanthropy, affordable housing, and community work. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and program development.
Michael is very active in the Omaha community, serving on several Boards of Directors, including One World Community Health Center, Omaha Sister Cities, and the Better Business Bureau Advisory Board. Michael is an Alumni of Leadership Omaha Class 29, Midlands Business Journal 40 under 40, Nonprofit Executive Institute Class IV, and FBI Citizens Academy graduate. He has a master’s degree in Urban Studies, Community & Economic Development from the University of Nebraska as well as a certification in Business Ethics from Duke University. |

A Missouri native, for over 20 years Casey has focused on the study and application of organizational culture and leadership principles. He has experience within nonprofit and for-profit organizations, driving global leadership development efforts and leading statewide training teams.
Casey’s career in the United States Air Force helped him understand the implications of high-pressure expectations and relenting deadlines, having held a Top-Secret security clearance while working within the National Airborne Operations Center program, supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of Defense. Casey is a John Maxwell certified leadership speaker, coach, and trainer. He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University, a certification in Business Ethics from Duke University, as well as certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Safety, and Lean Six Sigma. |
A Nebraska native, Shannon joined our team in July 2021 as Administrative Manager. Shannon has over 25 years of experience and varied background in insurance, project management, and direct mailing. She finds the ethics industry quite interesting and is looking forward to helping the Alliance to continue to provide quality services. She sees it as similar to some of her project management work in that the team's schedules are as complex as a project! She oversees the administration of the Alliance which includes the CRM database and vendor relations.
She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. |

A Colorado native, C.J Braccia is currently studying at Creighton University on a full merit-based scholarship. His current academic path includes a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Human Resources and a master of Science in Organizational Leadership. He enjoys doing community service and received the Creighton Business School Platinum Award (highest level) for the Dean's Honor Roll for Social Responsibility which is based on the amount of community service completed and a reflection.
He currently holds two internships, one at Union Pacific as a Joint Facilities Financial Review Intern, and the other at The Business Ethics Alliance. We are so fortunate to have such an intelligent Emerging Leader like C.J. on our team. He is charged with the creation of the Alliance's new website, developing a database to track corporations in Omaha and their values, coordinating events with over 200 attendees, and working with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies on their values. |
