AnnMarie Marlier, Ph.D.

Dr. Marlier joined our team in 2022 as VP of Leadership Development. Currently, she is serving as the Executive Director. She has over 20 years' experience as an accomplished leader, administrator, talent developer, program/ curriculum developer, and teacher/ facilitator in face-to-face, hybrid, blended, and e-learning modalities for post-secondary, not-for-profit, and corporate organizations.
AnnMarie is a graduate of Leadership Nebraska and serves as a volunteer for several organizations including as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative. She has a doctorate in Urban Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a minor in Business Administration. AnnMarie also holds a Master of Education degree in Adult Education from Carroll University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications, Media, & Theatre from St. Norbert College.” Gallup Strengths: Maximizer-Connectedness-Input- Learner-Intellection |
Shannon Underwood
Operations Manager |
Shannon joined the Alliance in July of 2021. She attended Doane University where she studied Human Relations. Shannon has a varied background in insurance, project management, and legal with a little direct mailing along the way as well. She finds the ethics industry quite interesting and is looking forward to helping the Alliance to continue to provide quality services. She sees it as similar to some of her project management work in that the team’s schedules are as complex as a project! She oversees our CRM Database, trustee relations and vendor relations.

CJ Braccia
Business Intern |
C.J Braccia is currently studying at Creighton University on a full merit-based scholarship. His current academic path includes a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Human Resources and a master of Science in Organizational Leadership. He enjoys doing community service and received the Creighton Business School Platinum Award (highest level) for the Dean's Honor Roll for Social Responsibility which is based on the amount of community service completed and a reflection.
He currently holds two internships, one at New StockYard Group a subsidiary of FNBO, and the other at The Business Ethics Alliance. We are so fortunate to have such an intelligent Emerging Leader like C.J. on our team. He is charged with the creation of the Alliance's new website, developing a database to track corporations in Omaha and their values, coordinating events with over 200 attendees, and working with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies on their values.
