Workshops

Alliance workshops provide your organization preemptive, positive, and practical ethics education. Delivered by our energetic education team, your team is sure to have fun while they learn. Each workshop is built with your organization’s core values and industry in mind. 
Workshops are 90 minutes each and can be delivered in person or over web-conferencing. Some workshops are eligible for continuing education credit.                                                       
Business Ethics Fundamentals:
  • Ethical Leadership Introduction
    This workshop outlines what it means to embrace and promote ethics in your everyday life. Learn to live your ethical beliefs and influence others to be ethical.    ​
  • Ethical Decision-Making
    This workshop provides a framework for tackling business decisions through an ethical lens. Practice applying that framework to real-world ethical situations.
  • Ethical Blindspots
    Blindspots are psychological tendencies that can get in the way of our commitment to do the right thing. This session looks to identify blindspots and practice overcoming them.     ​
